我市将在5月14日根据“知情同意、自愿自费、风险自担”的原则启动外籍人士适龄人群接种新冠病毒疫苗工作，目前使用的是国产新冠病毒灭活疫苗，全程需接种两剂。
潮州市外籍人士新冠疫苗接种指引

接种对象
在潮18周岁至59周岁，以及部分60周岁以上因特殊原因需接种、且身体基础状况较好的外籍人士可自愿接种。
预约方式
1.搜索“粤健通”微信小程序，点击“新冠疫苗接种预约（外籍人士）”模块进入，填写本人的详细信息，包括姓名、性别、出生日期、国籍、身份证件类型（中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件），证件号码、工作机构、现住地址、参保信息等，并选择预约时间。预约成功后会生成预约二维码并收到预约结果提醒短信。
2.通过湘桥区人民医院预约电话进行预约，预约电话：0768-2867095。

接种实施
预约成功后凭短信确认通知和预约二维码在指定的预约时间，携带有效身份证明（中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件）前往湘桥区人民医院/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>潮州市湘桥区人民医院（潮州市绿茵路绿茵二街4号）接种。
接种时间：上午08:30-11:00
下午14:30-17:00

接种收费
1.免费接种
能现场出示广东医保参保凭证（社保卡或医保电子凭证）的外籍人士；互惠（免费）接种疫苗国家人员。
2.自费接种
未在粤参加社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，需自费接种，新冠病毒疫苗接种费按100元/剂次收取。

注意事项
受种者接种前，需做好个人防护并主动告知健康状况，由现场医务人员做好知情告知、信息登记，签署《知情同意书》《免责承诺书》后实施接种。完成疫苗接种后，应在接种点留观区观察30分钟，无不适症状后方可离开。在接种疫苗后14天内做好自我健康监测，出现身体不适情况应及时就医。

1.继续做好个人防护，佩戴口罩、保持社交距离、做好个人卫生。
2.接种时需携带中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件、医保参保凭证！

Recipients：
Foreignnationalswhoareaged18to59,someagedover60whoneedtobevaccinatedforspecialreasons,andwhohavegoodphysicalconditionsareabletogetvaccinatedvoluntarily.
Appointmentmethod：
1. Search‘YueJiantong’(or‘粤健通’)onWeChatMiniProgram,enterthe"GuangdongCovid-19ServiceforForeigners"sectionontheprogram. Signin,completeandconfirmyourpersonaldetails,includingfullname,gender,dateofbirth,nationality,typeofIDdocument,IDnumber,validresidencepermit,participationinsocialsecuritymedicalinsurance,residentialarea,detailedaddressandetc.Moveontothereservationservicepage,choosethetypeofvaccine,siteandclinicofvaccinationandreservationperiod.YouwillreceiveareservationQRcodeandamessageaftermakingareservation.
2. MakeareservationthroughhotlineofChaozhouXiangqiaoPeople’sHospital.Thereservationhotline:0768-2867095.
Vaccinationprocess：
Withasuccessfulonlinereservation (confirmed byareservationQRcodeandamessagesenttoyourcellphoneafter reservation),you canbringyour PermanentResidenceCardoryour passportwithvalidresidencepermitandvisit ChaozhouXiangqiaoPeople’sHospital(No.4,Lvyin’erStreet,LvyinRoad,Chaozhou)forvaccination.

ForeignnationalswhoarecitizensofChina’sreciprocalcountriesmaytakethevaccinefreeofchargebyshowingForeigner’s PermanentResidence Card,passportorothervalidresidencepermitonthevaccinationsite.
2.Peoplewhotakethevaccineattheirownexpense.
ForthosewhohavenotparticipatedinthesocialsecurityandmedicalinsuranceofGuangdongProvince,theywillbevaccinatedattheirownexpense–thecostis100yuanperdose.
